Handling

Thanks to its extremely low thermal resistance, heat is transferred rapidly from the chip to the heatsink. The result is noticeably lower temperatures, improved system stability, and maximum performance headroom – even during intensive workloads, gaming, or overclocking.

Important Notice

Liquid metal is electrically conductive. Extreme care is required during application. Avoid any contact with electrical components. Not suitable for aluminum or aluminum/copper (DHT) heatsinks – use only on copper or nickel-plated surfaces.

No. METALLIQ must only be used on copper or nickel-plated surfaces. It is not suitable for aluminum or aluminum/copper (DHT) heatsinks, as liquid metal can chemically react with aluminum.
