Ultra High Performance Graphene Heat Spreader Sheet
THERMAL HERO GRAPHENEX is an ultra-thin graphene sheet (0.025 mm) engineered for heat spreading in demanding electronics cooling scenarios. It is designed to address hotspots on CPU, GPU, RAM and chipset contact areas by distributing heat quickly across a wider surface.

Important: GRAPHENEX is not a standalone thermal interface material (TIM) and should not be used by itself. For reliable heat transfer, GRAPHENEX must be used in a sandwich application with thermal paste or PCM to properly fill micro-gaps and ensure consistent surface contact.

Why a Sandwich Application
Hotspots form locally on the DIE/chip area. GRAPHENEX acts as a heat spreader to:

· absorb concentrated hotspot heat,

· spread it across a larger area,

· deliver it more evenly into the heatsink/cold plate.

To make this work, you need a TIM layer on both sides (paste or PCM) to couple surfaces properly.
