Thanks to its advanced, flexible structure, ULTRA adapts optimally to microscopic surface irregularities between the chip and the heatsink. Application & Handling

THERMAL HERO ULTRA is easy to apply at room temperature – either through the mounting pressure of the cooler or by using the included spatula. Its full cooling performance is achieved under higher mounting pressure, as commonly used with modern air and liquid cooling solutions.
