GRAPHENEX should be used as a heat spreading layer inside a controlled thermal interface stack. It is not intended as a simple standalone paste replacement. For the best practical result, combine it with a very thin layer of compatible thermal paste or phase-change material.

Is it a thermal pad?

No. GRAPHENEX should be communicated as a graphene heat spreader layer, not as a normal compressible gap pad.
